SERVICES
“In the depth of winter, I finally learned that within me there lay an invincible summer.”
My Philosophy
Mental Health Medication Services takes an integrative and holistic approach to psychiatry — treating you as a whole person: mind, body, and spirit.
Medication alone is rarely enough. Together, we explore root causes, rebuild balance, and help you reconnect with your purpose and peace of mind.
Conditions I Treat
Depression & Anxiety – Persistent sadness, low energy, excessive worry, restlessness.
Women’s Issues & Trauma Recovery – Mood disorders, abuse, assault, loss of confidence or trust.
PTSD – Nightmares, hypervigilance, flashbacks, emotional detachment.
OCD – Repetitive thoughts and rituals that interfere with daily life.
ADHD – Difficulty focusing, following through, or staying organized.
Sleep Disturbances – Insomnia, racing thoughts, disturbing or realistic dreams.
Burnout & Occupational Stress – Exhaustion, irritability, and emotional depletion from constant pressure.
